1. Processing Time:

We take 5-7 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipping. Shipping in India usually takes 7-15 days to deliver and 15-20 days to deliver anywhere in the world. Each costume is customized and stitched according to your measurements and preferences, ensuring a perfect fit for your unique style.

2. Shipping Costs:

• We charge a Standard Shipping cost of Rs.100/- for deliveries anywhere in India & a fixed rate is charged as per the weight for International Deliveries

3. Tracking Information:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number OR Link. Use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment and plan for its arrival.

4. Customs and Import Duties:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to their orders. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

5. Delivery Address Accuracy:

To ensure successful delivery, please provide accurate and complete delivery addresses. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by customers.

6. Failed Delivery and Returns:

In the event of a failed delivery attempt or a package being returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply. If you no longer wish to receive the order, we will process a refund minus the original shipping cost and any applicable fees.
